Bipolar UK is the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar. We have a range of support options thast are all free to access.
Link Mentoring Service: The Link Mentoring Service provides telephone mentoring sessions for individuals and their family members/carers who are affected by bipolar. Talking to a Volunteer Mentor with experience of living with bipolar can provide support, advice and practical information in relation to bipolar.
