We can help provide wellbeing and HR information, support and consultancy for your business.
Stress Management - Wellbeing support for managers to support them with individuals who are not coping with workplace stress. This includes information and consultation to help manage stress in the workplace. This may include a one hour pop up stress awareness session to be held in the workplace for a small group of employees to attend.
Mental Wellbeing - Support and consultation on how to support colleagues who are experiencing mental health problems at work. Help in promoting mental health and wellbeing at work. This service can help support employees to be more resilient at work.
Life Design - Encouraging and coaching a management style that encourages participation, delegation, constructive feedback, mentoring and coaching. Working towards a healthier workplace environment and greater work / life balance and integration.
Increasing understanding of how management style and practices can help to promote the mental wellbeing of employees and keep their stress to a minimum.
Healthy referral - ensuring that managers understand when it is necessary to refer an employee to occupational health services or other sources of help and support. Supplying counselling service face to face or via telephone / SKYPE using local counsellors. This service also aims to help an employee return to work and support relationship, family difficulties work or personal related stress.
Healthy lives - Encouraging self-responsibility around emotional resilience, health eating and exercise. Helping to ensure that managers are able to identify and respond with sensitivity to employees’ emotional concerns.
