Bristol Grandparents Support Group

Bristol Grandparents was set up in 2007 it is now a registered charity.It aims to help and support grandparents who are estranged from their grandchildren due to family breakdown. Family breakdown can be as a result of a separation or divorce,drug or alcohol dependency,domestic violence in the home,breavement or family feud.

It is estimated that there are over one million children are denied contact with their grandparents in the UK.

We have regular meetings, give support on the phone, via email or on Skype and by linking grandparents up in their areas. and we have a befriending service.

Grandparents feel isolated and alone and it is important to know that you are not alone and there is help and support for you.
